Workshop 1

DATE: Saturday 26th May

TIME: 12 noon to 4 pm 

Learn how to layout comic book pages, drawing basics and how to create your own character.

Facilitator / Teacher: Darren Close

Darren Close is an Australian comics creator. He has primarily self-published comics about his character Killeroo for the last 20 years, most recently the GANGWARS anthology. He also founded the OzComics website, which later became a weekly drawing challenge on Facebook. Most recently Darren is now the Managing Editor at Australia Comic Journal. 

Darren is looking forward to coming to a country venue to offer his vast knowledge around comics, character building and drawing.

By purchasing this ticket, the ticket holder/s have agreed to the full set of terms and conditions as outlined on the ticketing website.
